Hi all,
So . . I heard a few great versions of this tune- and I am struggling a bit with the form and the chords . . .
Anyone got It?
(Mateo- I was working of the one from your website).

I think it would be something like:

A section:
Cdim7| Cdim7| G7 | C7 |
etc.

B section:
C | C# | C | Bb |
etc

What exactly is the form- aaba, abba ?
I think its abba for the melody- but solos?

It's AABB with each A and B being 8 bars long as usual

Thanks man- that helps- I got the chords for the b right, but as usually overcomplicated the chords for the A.
The form is aabb- great!!

Ben, having given more of a listen to Mabel, I think it works better as a straight II7-V7-I(7) in the A section:

D7/A| D7/A | G7 | C(or C7)|

Or for more movement use the tritone sub (Ab7) in the second bar.
