Radio Prog: Django in Paris during WWII

Hi Everyone,

I'm guessing most of you will have heard this programme before, but just to say that BBC 7 repeated the half-hour BBC radio programme “Playing a Dangerous Game” this week. This is the programme that looked at Django’s controversial time in Paris during the Nazi Occupation.

It was broadcast on Tuesday 12th October at 14:00, but if you’d like to listen to it again you can still find it on the BBC7 website at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00v7t28

Cheers,
Stu

PS. You might also be interested a new series on BBC Radio 2 called "Jazz Junctions" which, if you haven't come across it yet, is a series of ten, one-hour programmes looking at pivotal moments in the history of jazz recordings. You can hear it each week on Wednesday nights at 22:00 on BBC Radio 2. The second programme on 'The Birth of the Solo' is still available for the next seven days at: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00v6h5v
