A couple of videos

Postby Thrip » Mon Jan 05, 2009 10:16 pm

Happy new year to one and all!

I got a camcorder for christmas, with the sole purpose of making better quality youtube videos! Is that a bit sad? :)

Anyway, I've been trying it out today if you'd care to have a look.

A serious one:

Ou Es-Tu, Mon Amour?

And a slightly less serious one:

Dr. Who Theme

Superb! you should be the new Dr! or the very least one of his companions, you could be totally Bi, like Capt. Jack in Torchwood and then get off with him after trashing cybermen with the Dr, and thereby securing a place in that dance/musical reality show he judges! :D

That's the second semi-compliment you've paid me in a week! Do you actually like me or something??

I'd just like to point out that an obsession with Dr Who is under no circumstances a pre requisite for an interest in Gypsy Jazz, as might be assumed by a casual glance over this forum lately.

:) I too have a new xmas toy. An £80 fuji camera reduced to £49 with video capture! not quite in the same league as Thrips industry standard set-up, but he's inspired me to record this ditty. Djangos Tiger Ingredients: 4 glasses of blush, an air-guitar intro, fluffs, an un-inspired outro and a dash of orange from the video converter. tee-hee, I'm gonna have fun with this over the next year.

Here is my first youtube post. Not as impressive as you two chaps but still interesting nonetheless. Also recorded in video mode on a little camera thingy.

Thanks Captain, and nice to see back, or is it just a fleeting visit?
