Ending Minor Swing

Postby justjack » Wed Oct 29, 2003 8:09 pm

Just wondering how many different ways you all end the warhorse: chordally, octaves, single note line? I'm trying to work something out for a three guitar situation, and we've so far kept it pretty simple:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------------5------12----------
-----------------------------------------------------------5------11----------
--------------5-6-7---------------------------------------4------10----------
--7-6-7-8-9--------6-7------------------------------------------------------
--------------------------5---then a nice rippling Am--5--or---------------
Any other suggestions for we-of-average-speed?
thanks, Jack. (And sorry for the dodgy tab.)

Sounds like a plan-thanks. I wonder how you'd feel about posting them somewhere as files so everyone can have a peek, or a listen? I've still haven't checked out the Romane recording, but hope to soon...

best,
Jack.

I found this and It has made me Chuckle...I have found and please excuse me for my stupidity, that it is not so much how you end Minor Swing...its how you decide amongst yourselves....WHEN to end it......oohhh go on just one more go at soloing...PLEEEEEAAASSE!!!! :D
I will learn to play this thing!
