Could anyone enlighten me as to the proper chord shapes for Daphne?

Thanks,

Well, you can play straight unaltered chords: D Bmin7 Emin7 A7:

7 7 8 5
7 7 7 6
7 7 5 5
5 x 7 x
x 7 x 5

Or you can play: D6/9 Bmin7 Emin9/B A13b9:
5 7 7 7
4 7 7 6
4 7 5 5
5 x x x
5 7 7 6

For the bridge just move it all up one fret, and you can play the turnarounds however you want - it sounds good to play an A7#5 for two beats right before going to the bridge.
